Due to the continuing expansion of the Prime Brokerage division, we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the team.


  • Liaising/communications with Global Stakeholders and various operational groups
  • Providing reporting/information to management and key stakeholders
  • Identification and timely escalation of risk items to management
  • Process management of various settlement related functions such as trade amendments, fails, queries and reporting within specified timescales
  • Ensuring procedures are accurate, relevant and adhered to
  • Pro-actively contributing towards the drive to improve process efficiency


  • Candidate should have a background in Financial Services within Operations (4-5 years minimum)
  • Knowledge of the full trade flow from Execution to settlement for the market and the client. Products: Equities, Fixed Income, F&O and Synthetic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage and prioritise workload to deadlines
  • An understanding of risk management and escalation
  • High levels of accuracy and numeracy
  • The ability to analytically investigative issues to a successful conclusion
  • Proactive and flexible team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience and knowledge of Client Servicing is desirable but not essential
