Working as part of the IT infrastructure team who are based in our Cape Town office you will act as the support representative for our London office.


  • Offering IT solutions & support over telephone, email, remote and face -to -face.
  • Using SD+ for logging, monitoring and managing tickets.
  • Work closely with the SA team to resolve issues, keep SA informed/updated and escalate to senior support members where appropriate.
  • Follow industry best practice to proactively maintain the infrastructure to prevent failers/ issues and improve performance, availability, and resilience.
  • Build and maintain corporate PC's and laptops.
  • Administration of Staters and Leavers.
  • Follow departmental standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage/participate in project initiatives (as assigned) to achieve broader IT objectives.
  • Contribute to and maintain documentation for process and procedures.


  • Very good English communication skills.
  • A+ PC technician/MCSA Server Admin certification advantageous.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Excellent methodology in fault-finding.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows 10/8, Windows 7 is required.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 2013/2016, Office 365.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server/roles and features would be beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms, iOS, and Android.
  • Although primarily a Wintel environment some Mac OS support experience would be beneficial.
  • Self -motivated, well organised.
  • Ability to prioritise and focus.
